Ha! Look at the shrinkage in the back versus the shrinkage on the top and the sides! My hair looks like it’s being strangled by that ponytail band back there.

Alrighty. Time to rinse it out. Start with the water at the back of your head. That way it can rinse the conditioner out from the back to the front.
Ok! All done. As you can see, my hair wanted to desperately shrink up but the bands kept it stretched out.
Just a side view so you can see how much my hair tried to shrink up from all angles. Now it’s time to dry my hair…little to no detangling necessary.
